Unable to import deals

Hi I've been trying to import a CSV file of deals into Zoho CRM. So far the account and contact imports have been working fine. Every time I try to import the 85 records I get an error message as below.

Here is the link to 1 line of the sample data. What is wrong? Is it the date format? I have already tried format it to mm/dd/yyyy and have tried imports from CSV as well as .xls formats.
