Unable to import google drive doc

I'm unable to import any data via google drive. When I choose import and then browse to look at files in my google drive, no google docs are shown and the message "fetching google documents ... " remains.

My ultimate goal is to import a shared google spreadsheet that is actually the results of a google form. I want to import that into into a database that I've been made "database owner" of. I've noticed that another user, the database administrator, is able to import the form spreadsheet while I am not. I have tried logging in via google and also logging in via zoho username and password. Neither way allows me to select the doc I want to upload.

Could you let me know what is wrong with my account?
