Unable to join enterprise group due to existing individual account.

Hi 

When I try to join company group on CRM. I get following message:

Also not able to delete individual account using the help section link mentioned in the email:

Unable to join XXX India's CRM Account
Since you are already part of a CRM account and you are the only active user in that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation. Delete that CRM account. You can refer this  help document to know how. I am unable to delete an individual CRM account as that
