Unable to link my domain

Hello,
I've just subscribed for an annual Standard Plan, and i'm unable to add my domain (snconsulting.fr) a popup tell me to contact support.

I created a free account a week ago and was able to add my domain i have even verified it with HTML verification and today it missing in my control panel. Today i try to add it again after my subsription and a popup tell me that domain region is a problem contact support.

i've already created MX records in my DNS, so i receive 0 emails for now.
Does someone can help me ASAP ?
