Unable to properly convert email to CRM Lead

I am new here trying to use zoho to manage my vacation rental leads.  95% of my leads come in via email from two marketing services.  The body of the email contains all the information I want mapped over to the Leads CRM (such as name, number, email, property number of interest, dates of stay, etc...).  The problem I am having is that when I select the "Add to CRM leads" option all that transfers is my marketing company name and email, this is information is the same for all the leads I receive.  How do I get these emails to automatically map properly when I want to send them to the CRM lead?
