Unable to receive and send specific emails

I have a persistent problem, that i felt needs addressing.
I'm often unable to send emails to some mail providers, which are then returned to me ( printscreen_ 1 ; attachment zoho_mail3), and I'm also unable to receive some emails, like the one in printscreen2 (attachment: zoho_mail2) . Both problems are not present with my gmail account if that is of any use to you
