Unable to receive email from whitelisted domain

Unable to receive email from whitelisted domain

Hello, I used to be able to receive emails from this domain (kingsroadangkor.com) but recently the mails are no longer arriving. I added the domain to the whitelist but the problem is continuing. Could you let me know if there is something else I could do?

I am also checking with the domain owner to see if the issue is coming from their end, but wanted to check with Zoho too!
