Unable to receive email to my Zoho inbox

Hi All,

I am unable to receive any email to my inbox so far from any email addresses (I've tried hotmail and gmail).

I've pointed my MX, SPF, and DKIM records towards my domain in my DNS provider. However, all of them still show the warning sign (i.e. saying incorrect MX records, etc.).

I suspect this problem arise due to my domain being registered with its www (e.g.  www.example.com) instead of its bare domain name (e.g. example.com), which is the one recognised by Zoho. I did a MX Lookup with mxtoolbox.com, and it recognised my domain (with www), but not the one without www.

Can someone please help clarifying this?
