I am able to send Emails but I unable to receive emails; returned error ( 550 No Such User Here)

Domain Verification, Adding users, Changing MX records is done and the same is also confirmed on the zoho verification page. Additionally, do I also need to add SPF TXT records to my domain? Current entry can be seen on the attached DNS screen grab.
