Unable to receive emails

Hi,

I'm unable to receive emails at akash@monkdesk.com but can send it from here.

I've set up MX entries in GoDaddy account:

mx.zoho.com, mx2.zoho.com

and also specified CNAME -

zb14720533

zmverify.zoho.com

is this correct?

Please assist.
