Unable to receive emails from a specific domain

Unable to receive emails from a specific domain

my personal email with Zoho under domain schmidts.ca is unable to receive emails from our work domain informoney.com hosted elsewhere. These emails do not even go to spam folder, and I even tried setting the whitelist for this domain. Is there a setting I can do to allow this seemingly blocked domain? Or does this domain need to be whitelisted by Zoho administrators? Thanks
