Unable to receive emails from fortinet cloud mail
It's been over a week and I am still unable to receive emails from fortinet cloud solution (for which I obviously don't have all of their IP's).
Despite the sender being whitelisted as a domain I still cannot receive their emails.
Emails I get from customer support are useful and when I call customer support just tells me to give them 15/20 minutes and they will call back. The sender is BCC forwarding their emails to Gmail so we can function but if it doesn't get fixed by Friday we will cancel our service with Zoho and move to another provider.
