Unable to receive emails from non-zoho emails

Unable to receive emails from non-zoho emails

I have setup MX records & verified in MXToolbox. I also setup SPF record. I am able to send emails to any account but not able to receive emails. I can receive emails from other zoho accounts (ie same SMTP server!) but not from others (Gmail).

How to resolve?
