Unable to receive emails in Zoho mail
I am a new customer of Zoho and I made a connection between Zoho and my hosting environment for my domain name Imptex.nl. I created emails adresses in Zoho with my imptex-extension(imptex.nl). Now I am able to send emails from these addresses, but I am unable to receive emails. From for example hotmail, I immediately receive a failure message. How do I solve this problem? What do I change in the setting of for example Zoho, so that I will start to receive my emails? Now, by the way, I do not receive one single email on the created mail adresses. So Zoho does not work well in my case, unless I found it a very practical and beautiful email service. Please help me out, so I can become a satisfied customer! Regards, Harm Jansen
