I've checked the external MX Website and all is how says it should be but when go on to control panel its saying domain not pointing to my zoho address

I tried emailling myself from another account and it bounces straight back saying problem with SMTP Server has rejected address ( Code:553 Relaying disallowed )

Can you help?
