Unable to receive emails via MS Outlook 2010 since yesterday morning.

With no changes made prior to yesterday morning, I have been unable to receive emails in Outlook with zoho account email.
Task ' xxxx@xxxxxxx.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'

We have tried a variety of configurations to no avail. Sending/receiving with old email works. Sending with above email works, supposedly. Am unable to receive emails.
