Unable to receive emails with custom domain

Unable to receive emails with custom domain

Hello.
Our domain is syncpros.com
It's managed using AWS Route 53
The MX records are setup correctly (see http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3asyncpros.com&run=toolpage#  and attached PNG)
However, when sending emails to either private boxes or groups (we have 4 groups created) - none comes in
