Unable to receive outside email since 9/23

Unable to receive outside email since 9/23

My email account was working fine since February '13, but since 9/23, it is no longer receiving outside mail. 

There were no changes to my domain registry settings as none of the records were changed since February.  The domain is registered till 2018.  So please do not  try to blame my settings as it was verified and completed in February 2013.

Did your recent outages caused out my email to glitch?  Please fix  it ASAP!
