Unable to receive some emails

Good Day

I have been noticing that some emails doesn't arrive to my account. I have a case where an email arrive to one inbox and via redirect it arrive to mine.

I'm the account administrator.

I have check the spam folder, the white and black list for antispam and I really have no clue why some emails arrive and some not.

I'm scared that some important information doesn't arrive and have been some cases where people told me that send the email but never arrive. I'm the CEO of a small software company so any piece of information that I lost is huge for the company

I will appreciate any help to found and fix this problem
