Unable to recieve email ( 554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes )
It appears incoming mail to our account is being bounced ?
We have mx.zoho.com set as the MX, but I notice your help pages now use .eu - has something changed ?
Is there some setting in the account that is wrong (support can look this up or PM me for the real domans) ?
Below is an example NDR. The sending domain has perfectly valid SPF (and DKIM).
