I have sent a referral to my friend but he is unable to register due to Mobile Number Validation on the registration form.

His number starts with +92 313 XXXX XXX but the form is not accepting +92 313.

The number is correct as +92-313-xxxx-xxx is a valid number in Pakistan.

Please help.
