Unable to remove secondary email address, but, I'm the Super Admin. Why isn't it working?

Unable to remove secondary email address, but, I'm the Super Admin. Why isn't it working?

I have tried so many ways and times to remove the secondary email account on my user account. I keep getting a message to contact the adminstrator, even though I am the Super Admin.

How can I resolve?
