Unable to reset password on account

I have created an account many months back to test out Zoho mail and after testing a few options, came back to Zoho as I liked the offerings.thinking my "trial" was over, i created a a new account and setup my email accounts and domain and what have you. i now cant ad dthe email I used to create the previous account within zoho and I need that account as lots of things are currently tied to it. after trying to login to that account, i realized I don't know the password I used many months ago and the password reset function never sends to that email address a it should? any though on how I can remove that account or get the password reset?
