Unable to resolve MX records

Hi, i have followed all the steps to add an MX record into my named server. and i tried using mxtoolbox.com to check if the value returned by the toolbox is mx.zoho.com. mx2.zoho.com. and mx3.zoho.com. and it is.. however, my MX record in my admin panel is still showing incorrect mx record and i am unable to send any email to my email address. Could you advise on what to do?
