Whenever I try to create a new task (actvity) for an account through the Account details, a small popup appears. When I enter the variables of the new task in this popup and click "save", the popup disappears, but nothing happens. So no task for the account is created.
Right now we are using a workaround, by enterring a new task through the Activity tab and assigning it to the contact person of the Account.
Could you please help me out on this issue?
