Unable to Save under persons name in Writer most of the time I can but urgh hwhen I cant it sucks

 I am unable to save in writer under a name it shows that its save under the name on the page however when I go to seach for that file its not there! I have been using zoho forever I do the same thing everyday and every other day its functions get messed up.
