Unable to see campaigns and emails

Hi, 

One of my staff members uses Gmail for his email. He has integrated it in with Zoho Crm.

Recently, We had a security issue and we issues 2 Factor Authentication on all of our gmail accounts.

Since this change, we aren't seeing any emails in the lead record. We have generated a new application password on google but the emails still aren't showing up.

Any suggestions?
