Unable to select Arabic text in order to add a comment

In the Zoho Writer, I have opened a .docx file containing Arabic text as well as some English. When I or a collaborator try to select some of the Arabic text, the highlighting for the selection disappears as soon as we release the mouse button. Normally we can double-click on a word and it will select it, but this also doesn't work for the Arabic text, although it works fine for the English text. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the right-to-left formatting, because the English text is also RTL.

Otherwise your app pretty much meets all of my needs. I especially appreciate that you have a "Read/Comment" permission level, which is something that neither Google Docs nor Office Online has at this point.

P.S. I have to manually re-apply the RTL formatting after opening the original .docx, because it was already formatted as RTL to begin with. So for some reason it is not recognizing that formatting from the Word docx.
