Unable to send a message; Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked even when the space consumed is less than 5% of 5GB

The Bug is back  Unable to send a message; Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked. I can't send emails anymore. Feels like I need to move to different email service. It is shamefully ridiculous that I have consumed just 3% of the 5GB disk space and still the Email is blocked even when there is no single violation of Privacy Policy or Zoho Terms. I used to be a fan of Zoho Services be it email or anything else but not anymore. I mean even after dropping email to your support team, I haven't received a single reply not even an acknowledgement. I think this is a Zoho Wide Bug and all mail accounts are affected. Is Zoho going towards Bankruptcy?
