Unable to send email.

Unable to send email.

Hi

Zoho Teaminbox was working without any issue yesterday but when we try to send a email today we get the following error:


Error while processing the request! javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the user credentials were incorrect. [AM0PR04CA0003.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com 2023-02-15T09:29:41.826Z 08DB0E01631348D1]

I have logged out of the account, and then reauthenticated, but unfortunatly this did not fix the problem. Following the error message back has not helped. Please let me know what can be done to fix this, as we are part way of moving our team emails from outlook to TeamInbox so this is not the best time for errors like this to appear.
