Unable to send email for 48 hours now

Unable to send email for 48 hours now

For the past 48 hours I've not been able to send emails. I always get the message:

Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

I've not been able to find what caused this and more important, how to fix it. This is urgent.
