Unable to send email - Missing MX records

Hello,

We've been trying to set up some new email accounts with Zoho, accounts are set up and have had the domain verified. 

We have added the 3 MX records as specified more than 24 hours ago however, but the message in the control panel still states that "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho". As such we are currently unable to receive emails. We can send emails from the 2 created accounts. The MX lookup tool also returns no MX records.

I've seen a number of other topics on the same issue, but no one resolution. Would support be able to a advise?

I have tried to submit a support case earlier around the same issue, but not sure if this was received as did not receive any notification of case being submitted?
