1-  Sending failed; Reason:550-sender1.zohomail.com [72.5.230.103]:44074 is currently not permitted to550-relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap550-server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on550 in your email client.

What is this meassgae about. I have made no changes to my settings and it's all been working fine for over a 1 year. I have had to switch to gmail to send mails as my account no longer works.

2- This is an old problem that really bugs me: If I click fetch, usually no new mails appear, but if I immeadiately logout and login again, I get a whole bunch of new mails. Why don't they come down when I click 'fetch'?
