Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked.

Hi,

For about a day now, I've been trying to send emails using Zoho but always get the following error message " Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked" whenever I try to send an email, regardless of the send address (besides zoho support contact).

I tried emailing customer support twice but hasn't received any reply yet nor any acknowledgement that they received an email from me.

Could anyone look into the reason why my emails are blocked?
