I am receiving the above error when I attempt to send mail.
My admin panel shows the account as now blocked from November 13, 2017 till "infinite" the type as "outgoing" and the description as "unknown".
When I attempt to follow the instructions for troubleshooting/unblocking, I receive an error message which states "
Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com"
However, because outgoing mail is blocked, I cannot send email to the support address. Please advise. Thanks.
