Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

We are having major issues. My outgoing business mail has been down all day.

 I have called multiple times and sent request for support and no response.

Apparently Zoho shuts down our mail if we get 10 bounce backs????

 As my vacation responder was on junk mail came through or mail with no returnable address and then the vacation reply bounced back though it was set to limit as 1/ day per mailer.

 How can we fix this on our own so we do not have entire full days lost waiting to tech response or prevent it? Vacation reply is needed for a business and as a business we often get targeted for unsolicited mail.
