My email account has been blocked showing the following reason - 

I dont understand why this is as I have been using the account to send emails in exactly the same way as when i first opened it which has been fine for the past 10- weeks or so...

I have researched all the ways to getting it activated again but they won't work as its a free account?

Please help and advise how i can get it reactivated ASAP and next steps...
