Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
I have received this error message when trying to send an email. I did some research and I found out that it means I have reached the output limit on my account for the day. But earlier I found out that my account was hacked, and sending spam emails to webmail accounts I have never heard of, full of text that seems like random words to me. These messages were sent on March 6th, and when I started receiving emails telling me that my emails could not be sent, I realised my account was hacked and was sending messages I didn't write. I checked in my Sent folder and there are about thirty emails sent from my account.
I changed my password, and no emails have been sent anymore, but that's when I started receiving the error 'Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked', so I don't know if my account isn't sending spam messages because of the overload message, or if it's because I changed my password. Either way, I would like to be able to send messages myself, but get rid of the hacker. What do I do?
