Unable to send or receive emails from my zoho account

I updated all of my information yesterday and pointed towards zoo. mxtoolbox confirms that it is pointed. However I am still unable to use the mail boxes. The domain is innerbeastfitness.com and I am trying to send emails from drverlenciawg@innerbeastfitness.com.
