Unable to send outgoing emails to btinternet.accounts
For the last roughly 3 or 4 weeks I have been unable to send outgoing emails to btinternet.co.uk or btopenworld.com email addresses. I get the following error message:
ERROR_CODE:421, ERROR_CODE: too many messages (1.5.6.3) from 74.201.84.163
After four days I then get a message saying that it cannot be delivered and that it is a permanent error.
Note I have no problem receiving email from btinternet accounts, neither do I have problems sending outgoing emails to any other server, only BT.
This is causing me HUGE problems, since lots of people have btinternet accounts. Can someone please tell me how this can be fixed.
