Unable to send/receive mail after clearing full mailbox
Hello,
My email account
lili@chenlimkl.com
exceeded the mailbox size.
However, I have deleted all the unwanted mail. ( mailbox size is now less than the allocated storage)
But, I am still unable to receive and send mail.
How do I go about reactivating my email account?
