Unable to set up a new mailbox
Hi there,
Hope someone can help - we use the paid CRM for a few of our staff, and currently use the free plan of Zoho Mail. I have 6 users set up in Zoho Mail, but only three have mailboxes, the other three just say "No Mailbox". When I request admin access for a mailbox a message comes up saying a mailbox has already been assigned... but it still shows as "no mailbox" in the mail storage section.
Any help much appreciated!
