Unable to set up IMAP account in Entourage or Apple Mail on 2nd Zoho account
Hi,
I signed up for a free zoho email ID a few weeks back to use for a particular project. I liked it so I signed up for a 2nd email ID to use for a completely different project - as I like to keep my accounts separate.
Although I configured the first email ID easily with Apple Mail (using the IMAP settings) for some reason I cannot set up the 2nd email account. I have tried at least 20 times and also in Entourage in case there was a conflict with having two zoho accounts in one email client.
However, in all cases, it keeps telling me that it cannot connect, the username or password is incorrect. I am using the exact same ones I use to login online, I changed the password just now to see if that would help but still works in neither email client.
Have you got any ideas?
