Unable to set up mail accounts from other POP addresses

Unable to set up mail accounts from other POP addresses

Hi.

I have two comcast.net mail addresses, one gmail address, one address hosted at godaddy.com, and two emails hosted at servage.net. 

1) I'm not able to get any of them to send/receive.  I don't know how to set up the pop settings for receiving email from addresses hosted by another POP.  where and how do I do this.

2) Can I send email using another (not the .zoho.com one) email address from your site
