Unable to set up mail forwarding in ZOHO even after verifying domain

Hi all,

I'm having trouble linking my domain to ZOHO and also to set up mail forwarding.
When i set up the domain (TXT format) i get a pop up on Zoho saying "Domain Verified" however to turn on the toggle switch on to set up mail forwarding it says "Operation not permitted" - when I got to Zoho Mail control panel i get the following error "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again later."
Can anyone help please? (I already contacted ZOHO support and they just give me the same instructions that are the ones not working)
