unable to setup mailbox for other users

unable to setup mailbox for other users. I was able to set the first mailbox with no issue but now it is not allowing me to setup the other mailbox like support@domainname .. in the course of fixing the issue.. i found a way to add users but thereafter my existing mailbox has stopped working.. any one know how to fix it?
