In my past two webinars, when I attempt to turn on my web camera, it turns on for about 2 seconds and then toggles back to off. 

I've tried this in both MS Edge and Chrome. Before my second webinar, I started with a freshly booted computer. 

The co-organizers on the webinar did not experience the same problem. 

I am able to otherwise use my web camera for meetings in Zoom and MS Teams. 

Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps?
