Unable to sign in (IMAP/SMTP)

Since this afternoon's mail outage, I've been unable to connect to my email with IMAP or SMTP from multiple devices.  Did my account end up in some strange state?  I am able to sign up successfully from the web interface, however.

FWIW, not knowing this was an outage, I went through a process to change my account password at some point - might that have got something confused?
