Hi,

I have been experiencing problems with signing in to MS Word. I enter my email address and password, it takes a few seconds and then nothing happens apart from a new Active Authtokens starts up.

Normally I would have the ability to select a template and then contact on the left.

Tried this on a second computer with the same result.

Would appreciate getting this sorted with some urgency as I have a large number of quotations building up to complete.
