Unable to sign into Outlook Plugin (2016 Windows)

Hi,

We are trying to setup the plugin for Outlook 2016 and 3 different users get the same error message, "Please specify a valid email address and password"
The side pane works well with the same username/password combo, any ideas on why this error persists?
